If you like eating noddles, you would appreciate quail eggs. Quails and small birds that are domestically grown for their meat and specially their eggs. In some areas in the Philippines, Quails are a local delicacy.

Quails are known to be replacement for chicken meat for they are less treated with medicines unlike their larger counterparts. Quail eggs can also be cooked as kwek-kwek. The procedure is they soak the eggs into the flour wet mixture and they fried it.

Quail eggs are yummy to eat and nutritious as well. I never miss a week without this tasty meal in my table. my kids like it and so is daddy.
