TENSION ARISES

The election is fast approaching and many things are happening right now. Last Monday, 47 and counting were massacred is Maguindanao area. According to reports, the victims were on their way to the Commission On Election to file the certificate of candidacy for the position of governor of Maguindanao. In the victims, 30+ people were media personnel covering the momentus event to happen when the Esmael "Toto" Mangudadatu file his official candidacy for the governor of the Maguindanao region. The suspect of the massacre is the Ampatuan family, a relative of the Mangudadatu family.

The victims were hi-jacked and brought to an inhabited area and were killed. The killers attempted to hide the bodies by burying them immediately using the backhoe of the Provincial office of Ampatuan. The event has already reached the boiling point and the president has already issued a state of emergency in the area to prevent more bloodshed in Maguindanao.

The two families in conflict right now are said to be relatives and the election next year has changed to climate among the two families. Dead bodies are still counting as the government troops dig more dead bodies in several mass graves in the killing site.
