It has been decided that the Los Angeles Lakers are beyond what the Orlando Magic expected. Kobe Bryant scored 40 points and the ending score of 100-75 in favor of the Laker squad. Kobe Bryant was just too much for the Magic. Howard was not even a threat to the Lakers as he only scored 12 points and a couple of rebounds. The magic needs to find an amulet of luck before they face the lakers agin in game 2 in the 2009 NBA finals.
When the Boston Celtics was eliminated, I knew that the Lakers would dominate the finals this year. Orlando Magic eliminated the young Cleveland Cavaliers but failed to meet the world expectation. The last time the Orland Magic went to the finals was in 1995 when former big center Shaquille O'neal was still playing for the the Orlando Magic. During the eastern finals that year, Shaquille and Penny Hardaway eliminated the returning Michael Jordan and the Bulls. But still the orland Magic was bot prepared for the Houston Rockets as they were blazed in the finals and the rockets won the NBA Title that year.
For the Magic, the inexperience of the team will be their tombstone in this finals. They need not just superman but all the super friends and Harry Potter. The Lakers was beaten by the Boston Celtics last year and the they don't want that to happen again. Kobe and the gang are ready to for this. Since that upset lose to the Celtics; Kobe, Odom, Bynum and Gasol were very eager to come back and get the elusive title for this year. The blood thirsty Lakers are ready to drown the Orlando Magic in their Lakes.
