THE REUNION OF BROTHERS

My brother tranferred to a new residence in Matina. He is now renting a 2 room apartment along with his wife, Joy. They move in during the second week of January. They used to have a house in Catalunan Pequeño area. But they decided to move out because of the area. Their former residence was quite far from the city. Both of them are working and they are presently enroled at a gym for workout sessions. Considering the distance from Catalunan to the city proper, it would take around 30-45 minutes and considering the traffic in the road. It would add another long minutes of waiting. Punctuality and time was their main consideration why they decided to transfer to a new place. Their present apartment is nice and very ideal for a couple starting a family. The place had two rooms and a restroom. it has all the utilities and the loaction is very close to where Joy is working. According to my brother, he would drive Joy to the office and it would only take him around 3 minute to get there. The place very ideal for them, as my brother say. The appartment is located at the thrd floor, Luda apartments. My only comment is that the place is nice and cossy. But the only problem is that there is elevator and you have to use the stairs to get to their apartment residence. By February 15, they will again move out and transfer to their condominium unit that they acquired in Catalunan Grande. My brother liked his current residence unlike before. He used to complain about the road, time element and his unlikeable neighbor beside his house in Catalunan Pequeño. Upon our arrival, Joy was cooking the food for tonight and it was delicious. She cooked chicken, fish and chorizo. Their location is very nice and if I had the chance to select a place where to live, I would also pick their current location right now. Malling is easy.
