Since I decided to cut my hair short, I no longer use shampoo. Instead of shampoo, bath soap will do. I observed that shampoo makes my hair fall. I don't know may be it is the chemical contents on the shampoo that I am using makes my hair fall. But when I used soap as an alternative to shampoo, I don't experience falling hairs, even short hairs. It really works for me. I know it can work fr others too.
