WATER REHYDRATE ONE'S BODY

Today's weather is scorching hot! That is what I experienced today as I was doing my field work. I went to different places and meet different people. I noticed that my uniform that I was wearing was very wet because of my sweat. I immediately bought a bottle of mineral water and some multivitamins. Water is very important, especially when you are the type that perspire too much. Water rehydrates you body, filling the loss water as you perspire. Lack of water in our body can lead to stroke and even heart attack. As advised by physicians, always drink water.
