SLOWER THAT A TURTLE CONNECTION

I am having some technical problems with my connection right now. I was not able to blog when I got home this afternoon because of it. I am now availing the internet cafe services to make a post. I tried calling the service provider and their customer service told me that my connection is okay in their system. The problem might be from the browser that I am using. I am using the Mozilla. and I tried reinstalling it again and still no progress. If this problem continues, I might be force to buy a new laptop and get a internet prepaid kit for my internet connection. That means, I have to pay again huge amount for the laptop and the connection. My DSL might be cut because of this. But I am still trying to evaluate all the possible option before making a move.
