POLITICS IS THE FAVORITE TOPIC OF THE MASSES

I was doing my field work this week and went to different places, particularly in Cotabato areas. I know, the notion of dangerous place, that's right. But I survived it. I was walking along the public market area in Cotabato City and was peeking on conversations. many of the people are now talking about the coming elections, that is how advance they are. The election is in 2010 and many people are now making their bets who's gonna make it and who's don't. In Fernando Poe was still alive, Cotabato will vote form him as president. But that is not the case right now. Last week, many government officials in Luzon, visited the Mindanao area. According to a businessmen, they were already campaigning for the coming election and soliciting their support and maybe some fuel for their campaign. Even the common person talks about politics and presidency. With all these things being talked about, the coming elections will be a circus and a parade of stars campaigning for the positions that they wanted.
