EBOLA VIRUS FOUND IN PIGS FOR EXPORT

I was reading the news today and it was a bad news after all. A strain of Ebola virus was found in pigs for export from the Philippines. The department of agriculture issued an advisory to put on hold all the pigs for export because of the virus found. According to the secretary of the department, the Ebola virus strain is not the same with the one found in monkeys that is very dangerous. The strain found can be eliminated by fire since pig meats are cooked in fire or hot temperature. There is no need to panic as the department secretary said. The Ebola virus was found in several pig farms and now are in quarantine for safety of all.
