ZAC EFRON READY TO GET LOOSE

Zac Efron is close to inking a deal to star in a remake of a classic dance film -- and it may come to the big screen sooner than expected. The 'HSM 3' actor is on his way to closing the deal that will have him starring in a remake of the film 'Footloose,' Variety reports! Paramount Pictures has hired "Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist"'s Peter Sollett to direct the film, says the paper.
