Enjoying a trip away from her home in the States, Meg Ryan was on hand at the 38th Giffoni Film Festival in Giffoni, Italy on Thursday. The “Sleepless In Seattle” sweetheart received the Francois Truffaut Award at the local festival focusing on films for young people, which wraps up on Saturday.
